I have been listening to Ross’s podcast for a while now. I can throughly recommend it. You can find it by clicking on the picture below.
I am an organisational and coaching psychologist. I focus on cultivating psychological well-being and flexibility in organisations and individuals.
After a career of over 20 years in central government in senior HR roles I left the Civil Service and returned to study, pursuing an MSc in Organisational Psychology at City, University of London. I loved it so much I forgot to leave and I’m now a researcher and honorary visiting lecturer in organisational psychology.
I also work with organisations and individuals in the public and private sector.
I am a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Personnel and Development (CIPD). I’m also a member of the British Psychological Society, the Association for Business Psychology and the Association for Contextual Behavioural Science.
I hold a BSc Honours degree in Psychology from the University of Dundee, an MSc in Human Resource Management from the University of Surrey and an MSc in Organisational Psychology from City, University of London.
